Martin joined the Hudson Executive Team in May 2018 as the Chief Operating Officer and is an equity owner. As COO, Martin plays a key role in formulating and executing Hudson's growth strategy and leads the delivery of strategic initiatives to create a tech-enabled business, build unique talent solutions leveraging analytics and insights and accelerate our growth through innovation.

Martin has undergraduate degrees in Commerce and Engineering (Hons) and is an accomplished and highly experienced senior executive with experience across a range of industries including human resources, technology and financial services.

Prior to Hudson, Martin was at Seek where he held the roles of Chief Commercial Officer in Asia and Head of International Strategy. Martin has also worked at The Boston Consulting Group, The World Economic Forum and NAB. He's worked alongside Hudson's Chairman, Robert Moran and board member, Lachlan MacGregor at Oceania Capital Partners.
