David Yu was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Hudson Greater China in October 2020 and has overall responsibility for Hudson's operations and growth strategy in Greater China. He has more than 20 years of management experience in Global 500 companies in a variety of industries including FMCG, software and internet.

Prior to joining Hudson, Mr. Yu served as Vice President of Pivotal and General Manager of Pivotal Greater China, focusing on formulating development strategies and driving business growth in the Greater China region. Before joining Pivotal, Mr. Yu served as Managing Director of Lindedin China, where he was responsible for business management and development of LinkedIn China, including strategy development, business model establishment and team building.

Prior to joining Lindedin China, Mr. Yu was Vice President of HP China and General Manager of HP China Software Group Greater China, responsible for strategy development and business expansion in Greater China, including IT strategy, cloud strategy and operation and maintenance, application management, service management, security, etc. He successfully accelerated the team growth and business development of the group in Greater China. Before joining HP, Mr. Yu has over 14 years of experience in SAP-ERP application implementation and sales, including 5 years in financial management using SAP at P&G. He joined SAP in 2000 and served as General Manager of SAP China Channel Business Unit.

Mr. Yu holds an EMBA degree from Peking University Guanghua School of Managementn and is a Certified Public Accountant (1997) and a Chartered Certified Accountant (2003) in China.
